Bueno first off my birthday on the same day as interviews I did not get lunch with President sadly. But shoutout to my grandparents and also my bishop for the money to go eat out!


We started a 2 day intercambio that day so I was in the actual city part of los angeles and had to take advantage of being in the city so on Uber Eats I bought me and the Elder I was with Trump burgers. Yes they were called Trump burgers and they were actually super good. Then I bought a burger again the next night from a different place and it was even better so it was fire.

Did a service project for a member and we completely tore off the roof, put in more studs and replaced the roof.

On the Intercambio I did 5 baptismal interviews for the other elders who baptized a family yesterday and it was super sweet to do. They were super ready and super cool to see the Lord preparing so many people.

My parents sent me this game called “Pop Darts” it's pretty much these suction cup things that you throw and try to get them close to the target. Anyways E’ West put one on his forehead and gave himself a hickey for 2 days.

We got 2 friends named Kathy and Joel in church this week and its a couple with a baby which was super hype and we have a lesson with them again today. Afterwards we had ward council and bishop crashed out a little bit bc we didn’t know their last names but were gonna find that out today.

Spiritual Thought:
I listened to a talk by Elder Holland this week called the first great commandment from October 2012 and this talk was insanely good you have to go listen it. It talks about the story of the apostles after the death of Christ and how we can learn from their experiences that if we truly live Christ, we walk with Him, testify of Him and are disciples of Him all of our lives. I know Christ lives and that He asks us to follow him, He doesn't just cheer from the sideline but He is there every step of the way with us. En el nombre de Jesucristo, amen.

October 6, 2025 The end of this transfer marks 1/8th of my mission which is the craziest statement I've ever heard. It's flown by so quickly but I've enjoyed every second of it so much it's going by way too quickly. Funny story, we were at seminary and the seminary teacher was teaching. We were playing hangman and obviously in spanish but I ended up being the one who got the word which was super cool actually. Anyways the 1st counselor in the bishopric was sitting by me and he goes “the gringo N****r got it” and me and my comp just started dying. The N word gets thrown around like crazy down here. Whenever they see a gringo they say what ever english words they know which consists of hello, the N word and some more not so nice words Transfers were yesterday and President Gutierrez releases them at night but for some reason he'll start typing and then stop so we never know when he's actually gonna send the transfers. November 24, 2025 Alright so this actually happened last week but me and Elder Davis had an intercambio and not in my sector. Anyways, a random guy stopped in his car and said elders you guys should come to my house. And before that it was going pretty rough ngl. Anyways we go to His house and he gave us icecream and turns out he has 6 kids, only 1 is baptized and his wife Isn't baptized either. Then Elder Davis told me the whole family came to church and 2 of them now have fechas for being baptized! There was an argument in Elders quorum about idk exactly but something about truth and there was like 5 chileans rapping super fast and then the guy in charge looks at us and was like what do you think elders and we had no clue what was going on  then he stared pointing at the board and his hand writing was bummy so that didn't help. August 21, 2025 Final week at MTC!!   I can't believe I'm saying this right now but I have less than a week left at the MTC. It's gone by so quickly, my flight is Tuesday at 8pm and it's an almost a 9 hour flight and then we hop on a bus for I think another 5 ½ hours!   Not a lot happened this week, it's lowkey just the same as every other week. Me and my comp made this study frisbee game where we do conjugations and if you get it right you throw it at an object; most likely a garbage can but if you hit it you get 1 point and making it in you get 3. Also conjugations are the worsttt. They had chicken bakes for dinner on tuesday and they were so fire. Funniest quote came from Elder Mogul when he said "I've been reading the new testament and ngl it looks kinda like a pride flag with how much I’ve highlighted" last week at the temple we did another endowment session which gets better evweytime, then I bought a sweet tie.
